At Cuticle & Co., we want you to love your manicure as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
